We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AIRLINE LIMOUSINE. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, managing contracts, and providing customer service. You will also be responsible for performing data entry, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The position offers a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a team player, accurate, and have good time management skills. The job offers a dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, and free parking available. The work schedule is 32 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Receive and record bookings for package tours
  • Receive payments from customers
