Job Description

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Banking Associate. This role is a key part of our Commercial Banking team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to new hires, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Analysts to identify and develop business opportunities, and to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities, and to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in commercial banking or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
