Dilawri Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Frost GM.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles to meet sales targets and forecasts
  • Developing and implementing effective sales processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability
  • Training and mentoring sales staff to meet consumer needs and manufacturer programs
  • Ensuring all department staff are licensed and trained prior to interacting with customers
  • Collaborating with sales and leasing consultants to close new and pre-owned vehicle sales
  • Following up with customers within 24 hours of their initial visit to the dealership

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong professional background in sales and customer service
  • A drive for excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong leadership abilities and a willingness to learn and evolve
  • A valid driver's license for Ontario and a valid OMVIC license
  • Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert is an asset
