Job Title: Key Account Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Account Coordinator to join our team at Universal Integrated Solutions Inc.
About the Role:
The Key Account Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our key accounts, including scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
