Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Freight Broker to join our team at Kelly. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with carriers and clients to ensure seamless freight movement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect for new customers and develop business relationships to grow our carrier network
  2. Work with the operations team to provide solutions for customers and ensure timely delivery of freight
  3. Utilize knowledge of the trucking industry to negotiate rates and optimize freight routes
  4. Maintain strong communication with clients and carriers to ensure high levels of satisfaction


Requirements:
  1. Experience working in the trucking industry
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
