Data Quality Expert in Adolescent Psychiatry

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Lead to join our team at Island Health, working collaboratively in a co-leadership model to enhance teamwork and advance technology and data use to improve service delivery.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in adolescent psychiatry, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and outcomes for patients. With a strong focus on continuous quality improvement, this individual will work closely with colleagues to identify areas for growth and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals in adolescent psychiatry, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and outcomes for patients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for growth and implement effective solutions to improve service delivery.
- Develop and maintain high-quality data systems and processes to support evidence-based decision making.
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, encouraging innovation and collaboration among team members.
Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration)
