We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Lead to join our team at Island Health, working collaboratively in a co-leadership model to enhance teamwork and advance technology and data use to improve service delivery.

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in adolescent psychiatry, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in adolescent psychiatry, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and outcomes for patients.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality data systems and processes to support evidence-based decision making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, encouraging innovation and collaboration among team members.

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration)
  • Proven experience in leading teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
