About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced investment professional to join our team as a Vice President of Asset Management. This is a key leadership role that will drive the development and implementation of BCI's product shelf to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative products and solutions for institutional clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and execute on business development and partnership opportunities in the Canadian pension space
  • Provide strategic guidance on the development and implementation of BCI's growth strategy
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to grow the business and gain support and approvals on its direction
What We Offer

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health and dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and paid time off. Our annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $224,000 to $260,000.

We aim to provide a work environment that supports physical, mental, and community health. Our benefits include 20 days vacation, 6 paid sick days, 6 paid personal days, and 2 paid days for volunteering. We also offer four days in office, with the option to work from home once a week, promoting a collaborative work culture and a healthy work-life balance.
