About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will work approximately 30-40 hours per week in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Seminars and Conferences: Arrange logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment rental.
  • Supervising Team Members: Provide guidance and oversight to ensure effective task completion.
  • Training and Development: Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance their skills.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient workflows and routines.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct visitors to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Data Management: Compile statistics, records, and other information as required.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and itineraries for employees and clients.
