RGC LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
