We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Calgary Mercantile Diversified Technologies.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a flexible schedule of 30-35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, answering inquiries, and preparing various marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide expert advice on advertising and sales promotion strategies to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries, either in writing or over the phone, providing clear and concise information.
  • Material Preparation: Assist in creating brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials that showcase our company's services and products.
  • Research and Analysis: Gather relevant data and research to prepare communications material, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address client complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. You must also be willing to relocate to an urban area and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, work well under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. They should also be able to perform general office duties and work as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits
