New Home Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Mattamy Homes, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping prospective homebuyers find their dream home. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in achieving our mission of delivering the best homeowner experience.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Mattamy Homes as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers.
- Ensure a successful sales process by discovering customers' requirements, providing timely information on home features, upgrades, and pricing, and explaining Mattamy's sales procedures and processes.
- Establish rapport with prospective homebuyers and inform them of available new homes.
- Conduct show home tours, review site and floor plans, explain available options, and provide information on home features and pricing.
- Conduct appointments with homeowners at various stages of the sales process.
- Responsible for accurately executing all purchase agreements and required documents with diligence and adherence to company policies.
- Prospect and follow-up.
- Respond accurately and quickly to homeowner inquiries.
- Assist the Community Sales Administrator with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
- Prepare and maintain all purchaser files.
- Enter homeowner information for purchase and sale agreements into the corporate database.
- Track customer interactions in the corporate database.
- 2 years of general sales experience, new homes sales experience is an asset.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to discover customers' requirements.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Ability to match customers' home requirements to units and products offered by Mattamy.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction, site, and floor plans.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Computer literacy with experience in MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibit the highest degree of honesty and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
