  • Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Sell merchandise and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is always stocked and ready for customers.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
