Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on industry standards and location)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, custom-made garments for customers and clothing manufacturers.
- Carefully examine and repair garments as needed to ensure precise fit and quality.
- Lay out, cut, sew, and press materials to craft exceptional hats.
- Operate sewing machines or perform manual sewing tasks with precision.
- Select and modify commercial patterns to meet customers' and manufacturers' specifications.
- Design patterns tailored to individual measurements.
- Efficiently mark, cut, and sew fabric for garment production.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Maintain attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
- Demonstrate hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Accurately distinguish between colors.
Personal Qualities and Suitability:
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
