Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Your Dollar Store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, maintain a visually appealing store display, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Scheduling and Operations: Establish and manage work schedules, coordinate staff activities, and maintain a safe and efficient store environment.
- Cash Handling and Sales: Manage cash handling procedures, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and promote a positive store image.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
