Administrative Governance Support Specialist

About the Role: This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to provide logistical support for executive meetings, scheduling, documentation, and liaison services with external and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support the activities of Central Zone Senior Medical Leadership in their physician governance work
- Provide logistics and support for executive meetings
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documents
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders, including government agencies and medical staff
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of an Administrative Support course or diploma and 4 years of related health care experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Additionally, you should have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Medical Staff rules and bylaws.
