Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Representative to join our team at People Corporation. As a Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned block of Group Insurance & Retirement clients
  • Conduct employee meetings and plan member and administrator training
  • Provide education sessions on Group Insurance & Retirement programs
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client inquiries
  • Ensure service standards are met and complete regular service tracking
  • Liaise between clients and insurance companies/service providers
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Utilize organizational skills to ensure timely collection and processing of requests
  • Initiate and implement solutions to maintain high service standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in Group Insurance & Retirement is an asset
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
