Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Manager to oversee the daily operations of our family clothing store. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in managing staff, determining merchandise, and planning budgets.

Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of sales associates and provide guidance on customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Merchandise Planning: Determine the types of merchandise to be sold, including selection of products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Budgeting: Plan and manage the store's budget, including monitoring revenues and expenses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in retail management or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
