We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales team at Megabox. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, and authorizing return of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Assign Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that each person is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding the return of products, taking into account customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Sell Merchandise: Utilize exceptional sales skills to drive revenue growth, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer engagement.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
