Air Cargo Security Specialist

Job Summary:
CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Air Cargo Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our international cargo shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen packages through advanced imaging technology and physical search to minimize security risks
- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to customs and border protection
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a secure and efficient screening environment
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Participate in regular compliance training to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel
- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field is an asset
- Able to lift up to 70lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Criminal background record check required
