We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Accreditation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Health Standards Organization (HSO). As a key member of our ISO 15189 Plus Program, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting assessment activities for medical laboratory accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze submitted self-assessments and corrective actions to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Maintain the quality of accreditation processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Travel nationally and internationally (minimum 30% of work time) to support accreditation activities, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A designation as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree or health care diploma in a related field.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in technical software and systems.
  • A valid Driver's license, with a clean driving record.
