About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and sell our home comfort solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and work on our CRM platform to ensure accurate customer information.

Requirements

  • A growth mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the business-to-consumer market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation.
