About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at S3 Group Ltd. in Mitchell, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing forecasts, quoting, order processes, and product returns while maintaining accurate customer records and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
  • Research and generate new customer leads and contacts
  • Maintain customer current/obsolete specifications and accurate and timely hard copy and computer records
  • Prepare individual quotes for product, blanket quotes for customers
  • Provide technical support to customers in the development of new products
  • Facilitate inspection and testing of customer-sent samples to ensure compliance of S3 AWS specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of quoted pieces not yet assigned part numbers
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and clean driver records
  • Experience with sales and customer service
  • Agricultural background is preferred
  • Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and cooperative team player and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience, plus full benefits.
