Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at ALDO LEONARDI. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (note: this is not a condition of employment).
  • Staff accommodation provided.
  • Ability to work in employer's/client's home.
