About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at HOME BY IDEAL CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Equipment safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Interpret Blueprints and Specifications to plan methods and sequences of operation.
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct Pre-Operational Checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Prepare Accident Reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with Team Members to achieve project goals.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in various locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in heavy equipment operation.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Physical Demands of the role include working in a physically demanding environment.
