Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Brace Law Professional Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all cleaning and maintenance requests. You will work independently to ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Towel and Toiletry Distribution: Distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
- Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information on facilities to visitors.
- Trash Removal: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and possess physical stamina for repetitive tasks. This position also requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.

Salary
The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
