Hotel Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Coordinator to join our team at Meridian Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating various hotel activities, ensuring seamless execution of events and conferences, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will work 35-40 hours per week, with some flexibility to accommodate peak periods.
Your primary focus will be on arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including planning and controlling budgets and expenditures. You will also supervise other workers, establish and implement policies and procedures, and oversee payroll administration.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas. You will type and proofread correspondence, perform data entry, and conduct basic bookkeeping tasks.
You will work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.
