**Job Summary:**

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate LP, Cash and Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures. You'll also be responsible for delivering annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP and audit standards, and rigid inventory control.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the implementation and execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Ensure compliance with corporate LP, Cash and Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures
* Deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP and audit standards, and rigid inventory control
* Provide continuous feedback and coaching to Management & team members based on key metrics and observed behaviours
* Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our stores, programs, brands, and people internally and externally
* Results driven with the ability to build and manage a daily, weekly game plans for the department and store
* Superior training and mentoring skills
* Basic computer skills required
