Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our organization in St. Thomas, Canada.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets, driving profitability and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor department heads, promoting effective communication and teamwork throughout the organization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Director of Operations or in a similar managerial role, with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional development and advancement, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
