We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. in a full-time permanent position.

As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
    • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Financial Statements
    • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
    • Post journal entries
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
    • Prepare tax returns
    • Prepare trial balance of books
    • Reconcile accounts

Additionally, you will be responsible for operating office equipment and supplies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and reliability skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

We offer a 40-hour workweek and a permanent position.
