Job Summary

Econo Lodge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $42,000 per year, 30 hours of work per week, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution
  • Managing mail and other materials, including opening and distributing them accordingly
  • Preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, and performing data entry tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Windows
