About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NMRA Consultants Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong understanding of business operations and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to stakeholders.
  • Senior Management: Advise senior management on business strategies and operations.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
  • Project Management: Direct committees and working groups working on projects and programs.
  • Communication: Plan, develop, and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders.
  • Supervision: Supervise professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteer staff.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, and team player.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
