Compensation PackageWe offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $140,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $200,000. In addition, our incentive program includes bonuses, team nights, sport nights, dinner events, and paid vacations with all-inclusive stays.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively marketing TELUS Smart Home Security, Optik TV, and Fiber Internet. You will create your own leads through cold contacting and generating referrals by spending 90% of your time building relationships with customers at their homes.
- You will provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and develop customized solutions that protect and simplify customers' lives.
- You will cold contact consumers to understand their needs and create smart home solutions tailored to their requirements.
- You will follow up with customer referrals to increase your portfolio and utilize the latest technology to enhance customer engagement.
You will retain product knowledge, close sales in a field environment, and work closely with customers to identify solutions to their problems.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess strong customer service skills, grit, honesty, empathy, and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Previous marketing and sales experience is beneficial but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.
