Machine Learning Engineer, AI Scientist

At DRW, we're on the lookout for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data science unit, you'll be responsible for building and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models that drive business growth.
About the Role
As a Machine Learning Engineer at DRW, you'll design and develop scalable and performant systems to serve machine learning models. This will involve optimizing training and inference performance of deep learning models, creating and maintaining feature pipelines, feature stores, and model stores. You'll also monitor production models and set up retraining infrastructure to improve performance. Additionally, you'll be responsible for optimizing models for deployment on different hardware configurations and driving projects to lead new initiatives.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent field. You should have at least 6 years of experience building software for machine learning systems and a strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts. Your skills in programming and scripting, particularly in Python and Go, are essential. Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorRT, and ONNX is also necessary. Bonus points if you have experience with distributed systems and cloud computing, multi-threaded programming, and hardware/software interaction.
