Job Summary

We're seeking a highly energetic and passionate Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an expert level of product knowledge, creating a fun and interactive atmosphere, and driving sales through customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Create a fun and interactive atmosphere through storefront demos and product showcases
  • Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge
  • Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
  • Assist with daily store tasks, such as merchandising, price changes, and stock management

Requirements

  • High level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a group setting
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Demonstration experience an asset
