About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Representative to join our dynamic team at Le Groupe Master in Montréal, Quebec. As a key member of our branch operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing internal relationships, and promoting company products to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service in a wholesale distribution environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process orders and quotations efficiently, supporting inside and outside sales teams with quotation requests and inventory management.
  • Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages professionally, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • SOURCE parts and/or equipment collaboratively with buying groups and suppliers to meet customer demands.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable products or services to achieve satisfaction, fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Build trust with customers through open communication, adhering to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Address customer concerns and offer timely solutions, maintaining a positive reputation for our company.
  • Conduct physical inventory and maintain accuracy and cleanliness, ensuring seamless branch operations.
  • Perform various other related duties, including after-hours on-call support as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner and customer service expertise.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, handling multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with good sales skills and persuasiveness.
  • Capacity to work under pressure unsupervised, with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Post-secondary education (an asset).
  • Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales, or technical-related field (an asset).
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn), with frequent interactions in English with Master employees and suppliers.

Compensation and Benefits

Le Groupe Master offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
