Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at the Toronto District School Board. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in driving improvements in sustainability across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth audits of current business processes and practices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze audit findings to identify gaps and deficiencies, and develop recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement changes in processes and practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of changes to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Assist with the implementation of a digital communications strategy and process improvement program.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and best business practices, and apply this knowledge to drive improvements.
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, with two years of progressively responsible experience.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and tools, including ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and promote equitable practices that value inclusiveness and diversity.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer technology, including email, word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
Special Requirements
  • Provision of own vehicle for Board business.
  • Requires travel to TDSB sites on a regular basis.
