They will also coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. Additionally, they will record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and respond to employee questions and complaints. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and a team player with strong time management skills. They will also be a quick learner and have a strong work ethic. The position offers free parking and a permanent work term with 30 hours per week. The work language is English. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as needed.
