Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Security Supervisor to join our team at Western Canada Security Corp.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel, ensuring the smooth operation of security equipment and machinery, and providing technical advice and guidance to staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling and reviewing work.
- Ensure the smooth operation of security equipment and machinery, including computer systems and communication devices.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to staff on security procedures and protocols.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
- Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the security department.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
The Security Supervisor will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with frequent standing for extended periods.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:35 hours per week.
