Hotel Manager Job Description at Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd.
The ideal candidate for the Hotel Manager position at Meridian Inn & Suites Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, developing policies and procedures, and preparing budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
- Supervise and train hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare and manage hotel budgets to ensure financial stability
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with special requests from guests, such as arranging transportation or making restaurant reservations
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management
- Permanent employment position
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
