Sales Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Salt & Pepper Canada Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, and team player
Work Environment:
