Sales Experience Professional

PUMA seeks a diligent Sales Experience Professional to deliver exceptional customer service within our retail store environment. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and are passionate about exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, consistently meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring timely and accurate stock management.
- Comply with all operational core competencies, key accountabilities, and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear.
- Strong communication and team player skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
