Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to stand for extended periods. You must be physically demanding and able to work in a team environment.
