About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Aida Kirameddine. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical and mental well-being.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work in a physically demanding role, requiring stamina and endurance.
  • Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
