Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at GTA Development Services Inc. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordinating: Arrange seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, expenditures, and office supplies.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, prepare reports, and record meeting minutes.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
