Salary

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $111,700 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location and individual performance.

Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team and drive modern banking solutions forward. As a key member of our technology team, you'll be responsible for conceiving and writing detailed software implementations, ensuring code configurations adhere to security, logging, error handling, and performance standards. You'll work closely with stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end customers.

You'll assess the impact of design decisions on computer solutions, recommend alternate solutions, and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business. Your expertise will also include identifying emerging issues and trends, leading project teams, and conducting independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.

Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They possess advanced knowledge in domain and technical/business environment and processes, as well as strong knowledge and working experience with .Net and C# with exposure to front-end technologies, understanding of databases (Oracle or SQL), and entity framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced level of knowledge in domain and technical/business environment and processes
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with .Net and C# with exposure to front-end technologies, understanding of databases (Oracle or SQL), and entity framework
  • Knowledge of modern development practices/patterns such as Domain Driven Design, Truck development, and Modularization of legacy code
  • Excellent understanding of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Capable of leading project teams to deliver and implement
