Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Canada Inc. as an Administrative Assistant - Support Role. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with data entry, typing, and proofreading documents.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
