Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Can-Earth Immigrations. This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events;
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory;
- Develop and implement effective filing systems and databases;
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues;
- Assist with recruitment strategies and employee onboarding;
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required;
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
- Degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs;
- Familiarity with filing systems and database management software.
