Job Description

Dial & File Process Servers Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless coordination of seminars, conferences, and other events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and supervising other workers.

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week with a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
