Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to Canadians across various home and community settings.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the operational success of our Integrated Care Solutions in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and northern regions, ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery and client satisfaction.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Mississauga, supporting our GTA and northern communities in a hybrid home, in-branch, and in-office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day service delivery in GTA and northern communities
  • Leadership style focused on team well-being and empowerment, developing high-performing teams of healthcare and administrative professionals
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement key deliverables of Closing the Gap
  • Results-oriented management, including annual budget planning and business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Registered healthcare professional with good standing in respective college
  • Established leader in a healthcare environment, preferably in home and community care
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Critical thinking
