About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at ANJALI'S DOSA GARDEN. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen teams, controlling costs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our restaurant managers to develop menus, manage inventory, and implement new ideas and initiatives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • A strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food safety, hygiene, and cost control;
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations;
